AI, used carefully
Useful AI for a small company: less manual work, the same human decisions.
This page is not the service brochure. It is the decision before it: which processes in a Spain-based company can lean on AI, and which should stay with a person. If it fits, the build lives on the automation service page.
Where a small team actually feels it
The pattern we see most is not a magic agent. It is an inbox: website forms, WhatsApp and email landing on different people and getting answered when someone remembers.
- Sorting an enquiry (booking, quote, support) and alerting the right person.
- Preparing a first draft reply from the form data, for someone to send.
- Summarising a week of enquiries without building another manual report.
- Shaping frequently asked questions for the site, always reviewed before publishing.
Where we would leave it out
Prices, legal promises and diagnoses should not leave a model on their own. In regulated work, or in a first conversation with a high-value client, AI can prepare and should not close. It also does not fix a confusing website. Automating a weak form only speeds up the disappointment.
How we would do it with you
A short session to pick one flow. A pilot of a few weeks. Then a decision on whether it stays. We work remotely from the Netherlands, in English or Spanish, with businesses on the Costa del Sol and elsewhere in Spain.
Questions
Does this replace a salesperson?
No. It removes copying, alerting and the first draft. The offer and the close stay with your team.
Is this the same as the automation service?
This page helps you decide. The service page describes how we build it and what is delivered. If the flow is already clear, go straight to a proposal.
