Which data we process
Contact form: name, email, phone if you leave it, company and message. The purpose is to reply. The basis is steps prior to a contract and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We also store the language, the page you wrote from, the source domain and UTM parameters if they were in the link.
Analytics, only with consent: a hashed identifier, page, referring domain, device class and session duration. We do not store your name or email in that database. Microsoft Clarity and the OpenAI ads pixel load only if you accept analytics. There is no Meta pixel and no Google Ads tag on this site.
Calendar: if you book a call, Cal.com processes what you enter there. The embed loads only with functional consent. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to limit form spam.
Retention and rights
Contact messages are kept until handled and for up to about 24 months, unless a project is still open. Analytics is kept for about 90 days. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent.
Email info@lynx-media.nl. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, the lead authority for this controller, or to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos if you are in Spain.
